MIRBEAU INN AND SPA
A luxury retreat tucked away in the Pinehills of Plymouth combines characteristics of a French manor with world class dining and an amazing spa with a wide variety of treatments. The inn draws a lot of its influence from French impressionist painters and is very detail oriented. The resort has all the elegant comforts and residential feel of a private estate making it a great spot for a romantic retreat.
The Garden Bar at Mirbeau is nestled amongst the Monet modeled ponds and garden adjacent to the bistro and wine bar. This menu is a great option for lighter fare and offers appetizers or handmade pizza. The pizzas are cooked in an old-fashioned way allowing for quick and easy dishes in a beautiful atmosphere.
The Bistro & Wine Bar at Mirbeau is a great option for those looking for a full course meal. The bistro has a wide selection of top of the line wines, cocktails and entrees making for a great weekend getaway option for both travel lovers and foodies.
Travel Tip
If you are interested in booking spa treatments or making a reservation at the bistro I’d recommend calling as soon as possible because reservations fill up fast. It’s also imperative to mention you are staying at the hotel as a guest so they can prioritize your treatments and dining requests.

Song Suggestion for Mirbeau Inn is La Vie en Rose, new version by Emily Watts. This song has an undeniable French influence using the term “'la vie en rose” or seeing life through rose colored glasses. While this element is part of the reason I chose this song the main reason is because at Mirbeau I believe the design team took the idea of seeing beauty in the everyday to the extreme. This hotel is absolutely breathtaking while still feeling small enough that you’re at a hideaway or personal estate.
