QUICK GUIDE: TRAVEL TECH TRENDS

At Trips to Tables we’ve rounded up a few essential travel tech items for travelers and foodies on the move. Every single one of these items is a necessity for the frequent flier. We’ve got you covered from back up chargers, stylish time pieces and noise cancelling headphones for when you need a break from the world.

CLUTCH PORTABLE CHARGER

Clutch portable charger is the thinnest portable charger. It’s small enough to fit into wallet or purse. This super easy to use device snaps on to the back of your phone and starts charging. I take it traveling, on set when I’m working on a film and into the office. It’s my go to portable charger these days.

HERMES APPLE WATCH

The Hermes apple watch combines style, technology and a helping hand for everyday adventures. This hands free option to monitor every day health, flight and travel plans, uber ride shares and business makes traveling a lot easier. It’s always a great idea to have a backup sport band for activities such as yoga, pilates or running too.

MACBOOK LAPTOP OR IPAD PRO

As a business leader it’s imperative I have an easy to pack laptop or ipad at my fingertips. Depending on the duration of the trip I will bring my ipad pro or macbook. It is an essential for business leaders, entertainment professionals and creatives. If I am traveling on business I bring my macbook. If I am traveling for pleasure I bring my ipad pro. While I always have a goal of working minimally on vacation I like to have this on me in case of emergency.

BEATS NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES

Nothing is better than noise cancelling headphones on a flight. There are always some unavoidable noisemakers whether that is the baby behind you or your nosy neighbor who wants to share photos of the last adventure he was on. While I am an extrovert and love chatting with most there are times when I simply want to get some rest. These noise cancelling headphones will help you do precisely that.

APPLE AIRTAG

Most of the time I will do everything in my power not to check my luggage, but in the event I have to I like to toss an airtag into my luggage to keep track of it. This can be a lifesaver in case your bag goes missing. It is a travel hack I highly recommend using. If you are not partial to airtags than perhaps try a tile.

KINDLE

I love to read so one piece of tech I am bringing with me on every trip is my kindle. This handy device can fit all sorts of books whether you’re planning a beach holiday or skiing in the mountains.
